Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Cathy Dollette partners with international fulfillment partners to bring our collections to you. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
