Refund policy
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will issue a store credit or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-returnable items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
